EAT SIGN

If you've been following along, you would have seen my favourite things post on Thursday. I was inspired by this project:
Via HOLY CRAFT

I wanted something similar in my kitchen, so I came up with my own version!

I had three of painters canvas that I bought from the dollar store for $3.00 last summer with an intention of doing something with it. I bought lettered chipboard for $3.00 and some paint 1 red, 1 turquoise @ $1.95 each. I painted the canvas turquoise and the chipboard letters red. Each took a couple of coats and dried in no time. Then I glued the chipboard letters to the canvas after paint dried. Easy peasy!

I love how it turned out. Also love the colours too! What do you think?

  3. Thanks for the blog visit and sweet comment! So glad our project could inspire you. Love the EAT sign. Such a cute idea for the kitchen. I know how you feel about having a sister living closer. I sooooo wish my sister lived by me so we could project all the time, instead of just the few days we had together. So glad we have a place to virtually craft together :)
