Don't you love when you just start playing with some items and all of the sudden you've really created something. I love that moment! One bad thing that comes along with this is that you never want to break away from the project to get the camera. Or if you are like me, you're just so into the project that you forget your camera! This is what happened when I created this...

At the last minute, I switched out the middle shell for something smaller, now I'm regretting it because it is all glued together now!


So your probably wondering how i put this together? First of all, I bought this window box frame at a garage sale for .25 cents (shocker, that I bought something at a garage sale). I took the glass out of the window box. I added in the corks, I didn't glue them, I just arranged them so well that they fit together like a puzzle. That made me happy. The shells were part of the stash that I had got from my thrift and garage sale shopping. I used my glue gun to secure the shells - and voila! Simple & easy! These are the projects I love the most! Since most of the items came from my stash, this project cost me .25 cents (for the window box frame). How do you like that?
